Celebrate bright seasonal flavors in this hands-on cooking class built around a fresh, elegant menu perfect for spring entertaining. Guests will learn how to create a beautifully balanced meal featuring sweet strawberries, savory chicken, bright citrus, and a showstopping dessert.
We’ll begin with a Fresh Strawberry Salad tossed with a vibrant Fresh Strawberry Vinaigrette, highlighting how fruit can bring color, sweetness, and acidity to a savory dish. For the main course, students will prepare Chicken Spiedini served with linguine in a lemon-garlic butter sauce, a comforting yet refined dish full of fresh, zesty flavor. To finish, we’ll make a classic Pavlova with Fresh Strawberries and Homemade Whipped Cream, learning the techniques behind a crisp meringue shell, soft marshmallow-like center, and perfectly whipped cream.
