This module focuses on active listening, specifically listening to and considering other viewpoints. Learners work on maintaining open and factual lines of communication appropriate to one’s position, while also practicing clear communication. Following directions; being open to correction; and comprehending written material is an area of focus. Finally, earners will effectively explain a process or problem verbally and/or in writing.
