Employability Skills: Personal Ethics

June 5^th, 12-4, in person, Webster University

This training module focuses on developing a strong personal ethic by emphasizing integrity, respect, perseverance, and a positive attitude in the workplace. Participants will learn to act with honesty and fairness, respect company time and resources, and take responsibility for their actions while remaining engaged and using technology appropriately. The module also highlights the importance of working effectively with diverse individuals, respecting authority, and staying on task despite challenges. Additionally, participants will build skills in maintaining a cooperative, flexible, and adaptable mindset, responding positively to feedback, and interacting with others in a professional and respectful manner.
