Work Ethic: June 2nd, 12-4, in person, Webster University
This training module focuses on building dependability and professionalism in the workplace by emphasizing punctuality, reliability, and accountability. Participants will learn the importance of consistently meeting deadlines, fulfilling responsibilities, and maintaining strong attendance while aligning their efforts with organizational goals and taking initiative to exceed expectations. The module also develops professional behavior, including maintaining composure in challenging situations, presenting an appropriate appearance, and demonstrating an understanding of employer objectives to support overall workplace success.
